Antenatal (pregnancy) care
Confirmation of pregnancy, monthly check-ups, growth scans, blood pressure and sugar monitoring, iron and calcium guidance, and a written birth plan.
From the first pregnancy test to the day you take your baby home, Dr. V. Lakshmi looks after mothers personally. Her practice covers antenatal care, safe deliveries, women's health and long-term gynaecology follow-up.

Dr. V. Lakshmi is the consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Sri Lakshmi Krishan Maternity & E.N.T Hospital. She has years of experience in her field and has cared for families across Eluru and the surrounding mandals — in many households she has now delivered two generations.
Her approach to pregnancy is patient and preventive. Mothers are seen regularly, anaemia and blood-sugar problems are picked up early, and the birth plan is discussed openly well before the due date. She encourages normal delivery wherever it is safe, and explains clearly when a caesarean is the better choice rather than deciding at the last minute.
Beyond maternity, she treats the everyday gynaecological problems women often delay bringing up — irregular periods, PCOS, white discharge, fibroids, difficulty conceiving and menopausal symptoms — in a private consultation room, with the same doctor at every visit.
Experienced hands
Thousands of deliveries and gynaecological consultations behind every decision.
Normal delivery first
Caesarean recommended only on clear medical grounds, explained in advance.
Continuity of care
The doctor who does your first scan is the one present at your delivery.
Mother and baby together
Newborn checks, immunisation and feeding support under the same roof.

Gynaecology OP timings
Complete care through all three trimesters, delivery and the recovery months that follow.
Confirmation of pregnancy, monthly check-ups, growth scans, blood pressure and sugar monitoring, iron and calcium guidance, and a written birth plan.
A dedicated labour room with continuous foetal monitoring. Normal delivery is always the first preference; caesarean is done when it is genuinely safer for mother or baby.
Close follow-up for anaemia, gestational diabetes, hypertension, twin pregnancy, previous caesarean and thyroid problems.
Wound review, breastfeeding support, nutrition advice and contraception counselling for the months after delivery.
